Business Controller

ColliCare is rapidly growing in Norway and internationally, and we are looking for a proactive manager with a good understanding of the business area's financial development, as well as ensuring quality at all levels.

Tasks

The department will actively analyse and follow up on results and assess the profitability of the development of new processes and concepts. You thrive on reporting accounts and budgets and enjoy presenting measures for increased profitability.

Your ability to think new will develop the quality of work in the department. You are a "go-to person", and it is natural for you to work interdisciplinary with customers, partners and employees. You are independent, operational and able to build a strong and proactive team.

The position reports to the Country Manager for ColliCare Home Delivery (HD) in Norway.

  • business control HD Norway
  • performance monitoring, income security, budgets, and forecast
  • profitability (management tools/management model (KPI map), calculations (customer / new services/warehouse), profitability analyses
  • quality-assured agreements from a cost perspective
  • maintenance of price matrices in our TMS system for customers and carriers
  • invoicing (guidelines and coordination)
  • support function sales for rewarding new and existing customers

Qualifications:

  • relevant education and/or experience
  • experience as a Business Controller
  • general IT knowledge, especially Excel (pivot level)
  • independent, good abilities to build relationships, and either had experience with or is ready to take the step further into a central and important role for the company
  • knowledge of our TMS system Opter is desirable, but not a requirement
  • proactive, structured, and with high work capacity.
  • concerned with driving development and creating results
